What I liked
I was seen as an outpatient exactly at the time of my appointment. The medical staff were friendly and not at all patronising and took their time to explain everything and answer all my questions.
What could be improved
Nothing. It was all good.
Anything else?
My compliments to the clerical staff for dealing with me very efficiently.
