"No follow up calls or appointment"

I had an appointment on the 29th July this year with the urology specialist. I had to have a blood test x Ray and give a urine sample. It's now 24th August I still have not heard anything from anybody. I have rang the team but the phone just keeps ringing and ringing. I think it is appalling for not being informed about the results and secondly for not having anyone in place to answer phone calls! I'm very disappointed and this is just my first appointment. I haven't even been sent a follow up appointment to discuss any of the results.
