Just attended outlatients and received a clear and well explained consultation.
Although a mix of good and bad news I was dealt in a polite, caring manner although professional yet informal in essence.
My opinion applies to the consultant and the nursing staff throughout.
I may be be permitted however to mention in the interest of improving the service was the fact that while in the waiting room i noticed a patient in an orthopaedic wheelchair which was marked D47.
It could not go unnoticed the disgusting filthy condition it was in. Not signiificant in the scale of things but nontheless important in infection contriol I would have thought.
