"Was treated poorly by nurse."

I actually didn't continue using the service as in 4 years I only see the consultant once and left in the care of a rheumatology nurse. I was made to feel like it was my fault that medication didn't work, concerns over deformed hands were fobbed off and told there's nothing that can be done. Yes I am overweight but didn't need to be told every appointment that my weight isn't helping (don't know how I can lose weight fast when I'm practically bed bound). The nurse didn't listen to me or my concerns, and now I'm suffering because I no longer see a rheumatologist.
