What I liked

Ward 22 - staff were very helpful and gave advice when needed. Although short staffed at times, no tasks left undone. No pulling of rank from nursing staff to assistans that I saw. Night staff put up with alot of self pity one night . Overall, first time in hospital and was a non-frightening experience, especially given the major injury I had

What could be improved

more staff in A &E When I first arrived waited over an hour in great pain and shock due to very few staff and no-one in reception who could assess injury. Fast tracked once seen by nurse.
