"Still waiting for the doctor to call me"

About: East Surrey Hospital / General medicine

(as a relative),

My Mother arrived into the care at East Surrey Hospital a week ago and since her arrival a doctor advised me that she needs a CT scan and to date it still has not been done! There are also lots of other issues with the medical staff at East Surrey Hospital concerning my Mother.

Contradictory information that has been advised to me on a daily basis and I have even been advised about incorrect medication. A complete farce! I have also asked for an appointment to speak with the doctor and I was told that the doctor would call me and STILL NO CALL!

Dear Crawley64

I am concerned to read your post about your Mother and her treatment at East Surrey. I am assuming that your Mother is still an inpatient so if you can e-mail me I will endeavour to get this sorted out

my e-mail is ian.mackenzie@sash.nhs.uk

Regards

Ian
