"Thank you to all the staff on ward 4B"

I am writing to thank all the staff from ward 4B Whiston Hospital that looked after me through my recent stay and postoperative care,

although at first when I was admitted I was upset regarding a mix up relating to my admission, I would like to thank night duty nurse John who soon sorted everything out and in doing so put me at ease, this showed his professionalism at the same time his caring nature which reassured me that I was in good hands ( SO THANK YOU JOHN )

I also would like to thank nurse Kat who looked after me in the day time for she always had a warm reassuring smile at the same time she was carrying out her professional duties which is just as important ( SO THANK YOU KAT ),

And last but most certainly not least I would like to thank all the rest of the staff on ward 4B who's names I don't know from the nurse's to the cleaners for without them all working as a team the excellent treatment I received would not have been possible ( SO THANK YOU ALL ),

And to the ward managers I would like to say "you have fantastic staff working on your ward, and that is something to be proud about ( SO WELL DONE )"
