I had made a mistake and turned up unexpectedly for a Pre Assessment, before undergoing corrective surgery on my right foot.
The Sisters and Nursing Assistant could not have been more understanding, kind and caring. I was seen to, and everything was explained in full, and contact names and numbers given should I need further help.
When I have to return, I shall have every confidence in the Staff in the Pre Assessment Unit.
