About: Burnley General Hospital

This is my first feedback as I was unaware that it was available.I would like to say how , impressed with the level of dedication & service I received from the hand therapist. Was not holding much hope, as had been a while since injury first diagnosis . But therapist gave me options, I was willing to try a splint. With a bit of patience & time, from therapist I followed the regime. I can say we have a good result & I'm very satisfied .

I wish more staff would showed the willingness & dedication . I do have to attend a few appointments as a few things wrong with me. I will be filling in more feedback as I do think it is needed.

I am very pleased to hear that you were very satisfied with the service as we always strive to deliver safe, personal & effective care, I wish you well in your continued recovery.

You mentioned that you wished more staff would show the willingness & dedication you experienced, and that you had more appointments and were keen to feed back to us again. If you would like to talk through any visits with one of our Patient Experience team it may assist us to understand the bits of your experience that made this such a good visit and where we can improve. We would really value this so that we can try to make it like this for every patient visiting our hospitals and services.
