What could be improved

staff to be more polite with vistitors when they have travelled a fair way, i was 10 mins early and was not allowed in had to wait but i cant get to visit in week because of visiting hours so only at the weekend thats not fair on patients, the other thing was my partner had needle in his arm he asked if it could be taken out she said no might need to put drugs in it. Also asked when he can come home nobody will tell us so still waiting.

Anything else?
