"First class service"

Recently I attended Swanage hospital for a small surgical procedure.

The care was outstanding from the moment of check in until discharge. I was made to feel relaxed and kept fully informed of what was happening throughout.

The consultant came and spoke to me beforehand to check I understood what was going to happen. During the procedure a nurse chatted to me continually and kept me relaxed and made sure I was comfortable. Afterwards I wasn't rushed but sat and was given a cup of tea until I was ready to leave.

So much better an experience than a couple months previous at the nearby general hospital!
