About: University Hospital (Coventry)

I write this on behalf of my mum who was admitted with a neck fracture.

She was kept waiting a fortnight before fitting her with a halo, gave her no reassurance, which turned her into a nervous wreck to the point where she couldn't keep food down & this is a woman with severe epilepsy! After care abonimable!

Kept waiting while they had a meeting discussing toilet no doubt!

Finally had an x-ray to be told we can't take it off now as all the consultants have gone home!

My score is -10 out of 10!
