I had called 111 who sent an ambulance due to chest pains.
A thorough examination was given at home which led to them saying I wasn't having a heart attack but blood tests in A&E would be best thing to do.
Upon arriving at A&E, I was taken to a waiting area to be seen.
I was there for an hour before being called for triage.
Despite the busy department, the staff all were doing their jobs to the best of their ability.
Even when a teenage girl started shouting at them over how long it was taking to get pain relief.
Thankfully, all my blood tests came back clear as did the 2 ECG's done in A&E.
Doctor discharged me, telling me if it happens again to call 999 straight away.
Only one complaint I would make about my visit is that in an environment where communication is key, having staff able to speak English clearly would be a good idea.
I struggled to understand the person who called me from the waiting area.
But that is just me being very picky.
