"Bolton maternity unit"

I gave birth to my second son at Bolton hospital and the care I received could not have been better. It was a difficult experience which required an emergency c section and a high level of after care for myself and the staff who provided care along the way were fantastic. This included everyone from the midwife in the delivery suite, the advance practitioner midwife, the doctors, surgeons, anaesthetists and the midwifes who provided the aftercare.

I felt involved in all the decisions made about my care despite the emergency nature of the situation and their professionalism and dedication were the reason I am now home with my new son and family.

I cannot thank them enough.
