"Lovely staff"

About: Royal Derby Hospital

Was seen on the 21st, and thought the staff from receptionists to the doctors were great!

Working at the same hospital, I understand the strain of working in a very busy environment, I was seen within 2 hours and had a quick assessment and an x-ray.

I originally went to the walk in centre but was told to go to A&E. Even though the queues were getting busy the receptionists still had a smile on their face. The doctor I saw was amazing - quick examination and explanations. Was very kind and helpful.

Had an x-ray which was fast, the radiographer was funny and friendly as well.

Overall great service and care.
