I would just like to thank the surgeon and team for the care they showed me during my recent laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The staff in the day surgery ward were kind and thoughtful. I was visited by the surgeon and an anaesthetist before surgery to discuss the procedure and any questions I had.
I felt very safe during the pre-op process and even managed a laugh or two with the staff looking after me. (My apologies for not remembering all of your names).
It's been a week since the surgery and I feel I am recovering nicely, with only a few small incisions which are healing well.
I am incredibly thankful for the enormous skill and care shown to me and am glad to be free from the hell that is a gallbladder attack!
Thank you again, you really are amazing.
