My dad came into hospital with a problem, he left with a bigger problem because medication he has been on for more then 10 years was stopped by your staff but since he come out been put back on medication and his life is a lot better ??

I am very sorry to learn that your father experienced problems after his medication was stopped and I am pleased that he is now feeling better.

It is not clear whether he was seen in our emergency department or the urgent care centre, but I will be happy to look into your concerns further. If you can contact our PALS office on 020 8401 3210 or at pals@croydonhealth.nhs.uk with your father's name and the date he attended hospital I will ask the service to investigate.
