"Very disappointed"

I was at the antenatal clinic today doing self referral as I'm high risk and 35weeks pregnant I can't believe how rude and un professional the health team was specially the head of mid wife who refused to communicate with me and when they did, they spoke to me as if they were doing me a favour. I still didn't get any answers as they just wanted to get rid of me!!! Hygiene levels at antenatal clinic are poor, I was seated there and felt disgusted the seats were sticky, floor looked so dirty. I never want to go back to royal London not even to give birth I'm disgusted the way staff treated me and my partner.
