"Stour Centre"

My appointment was 2pm, and arrived 5 minutes early to a nurse who dismissed me and asked for my name, and then said 'wait in there!' I happily waited for 2 hours then I was placed by a very rude nurse who I asked when I was waiting in the waiting area when will I be seen as I though maybe I had the wrong place, but they answered with 'don't know, we are busy.' Which is a fair answer it is a hosptail at the end of the day, I expected some delay, but then to be completely ignored and left in a room, with no privacy as they ledged the door open with a yellow bin, the room was also next to the toilet so everyone was looking in. To then wait hours and hours before anyone came to the room to see me. No one greeted me with a smile or asked how I was holding up, I was there for sensitive reasons and they left me with no treatment and left me to it with no information what so ever. It's left me very upset and let down. I've had better services up in Lancashire. This is just awful way to treat people in the manner.
