"Rheumatology out patients"

About: Kidderminster Hospital

My appointment was over two hours late , the nursing staff were great and kept us well informed of the delay.

My problem is that once the consultant got round to seeing me, which was almost 2 1/2 hrs after my appointment time he was obviously trying to rush through the appointment and I felt put words into my mouth in order to get the appointment over with. My appointment lasted last than 3 minutes and I felt it was a waste of time .

Thank you for leaving your comments. I am pleased to hear you found the nursing staff to be great and informative. However I am sorry you felt the appointment was a waste of time, no patient should be made to feel this way.
