"Time Warp - Never heard of Customer focus or..."

About: Musgrove Park Hospital (Taunton)

Despite both of us having good education, clincal and surgical time lines and sound knowledge of bowel cancer.

We have been given no feedback from surgical staff.

Time frames laid downby government are ignored with no explanation.

And try to complain about your treatment, well 3 days to loag a complaint then 36 days to look in to it.

With cancer this is unacceptable.

50 days from being told you need at operation to remove a tumour? feedback - "do not phone the surgeon talk to a nurse"
