"Worst Service Ever!"

I had an MRI on the 20/08/2015, first of all i was not greeted by the assistant who failed to smile or make any kind of eye contact and did not explain anything to me at all. When i was taken into the control room the Radiographer also did not greet me or failed to smile, all i was told was to "lay down on the bed" the procedure was not explained to me . When i had finished the scan no one told me how to get the results, the assistant was sitting outside using their mobile phone and did not acknowledge me at all.

It is very disappointing to read your feedback about the care you received when you came for your MRI scan. We are sorry that our staff did not greet you or explain what was going to happen throughout your scan.
