My 95 year old mother had to attend A&E today and can I just say all the staff treated her with kindness, concern and total respect.
Within 3 hours we had been seen by all necessary departments, the problem was dealt with and we were leaving the pharmacy department with medication.
I cannot thank all the staff enough.
