It's rather hit or miss with this hospital, but I found the level of service and treatment I received from Outpatients to be fantastic. The Doctor I saw on a weekly basis was really informative and very considerate of my injuries. My appointments were always at convenient times and had no problems rearranging them when my availability changed. The one criticism I had was the frontline staff. The receptionists could have cracked a smile or been slightly more friendly when I did need to call up, but they play a small part in the overall care I was given, just a shame they had to be the first people I saw! A spot of customer service training wouldn't go a miss, but otherwise, great.
