What I liked
On a recent visit to the UK my wife (who is Australian) developed a severe chest infection. We contacted the NHS who immediately gave her a temporary visitors NHS number. From making the initial call to actually seeing a Doctor at the Halifax NHS Hospital was completed in less than one hour. My wife was prescribed antibiotics and has since recovered, thank you very much. I commend the NHS system and those that work within in as First Class service.Please accept my sincere thanks.
