"Wonderful ambulance care following a car crash"

(as the patient),

Last week I was involved in a car crash with another vehicle. It was late at night and luckily we only had superficial injuries but the ambulance crew treated us on the scene and took excellent care of us as we were still in shock. They also drove us home safely as we lived close by. They really were wonderfully helpful and supportive.

So I just wanted to say a big thankyou!

It is always so very rewarding to hear how our staff are delivering excellent care to patients when they need it most.
