So far my appointment at BGH has been cancelled 3 times. Each time I have rearranged (lost) work to attend only to be cancelled by BGH.

I am sorry that we have repeatedly cancelled your appointment at the BGH. There are times when we do need to change a patient’s appointment, but I would be keen to understand why this has happened to you more than once.
