"Great no nonsense treatment"

About: Leeds General Infirmary

I was admitted in the middle of night after coming from A&E - the ENT staff that treated me in Ward 23 was superb, we discussed my options and agreed that cauterising a bleed that A&E had stopped with packing material would be the best option for me. They were friendly, professional and diligent, I was fixed very quickly and happy to be discharged earlier than expected.

After a day of being admitted twice to A&E and anxiously struggling to stop the bleeding it was a pleasure to be treated so well here. It really spotted me from feeling anxious. Please pass on my thanks to the healthcare professional that dealt with me, I can't remember their name but it was the early hours of 20th August. Many thanks.

Dear Rob

Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback, it is fantastic to read that you were so happy with the staff members who treated you and that they managed to stop you feeling so anxious. I am very glad that you had such a good experience and will pass your comments on to the management team on ward L23 so that they can share them with staff.

Kindest regards

Rosie
