About: Cumberland Infirmary

My daughter was sent in for tests. I was really impressed with the care that she received. All the staff were so helpful, clear when asking questions and giving information and caring. I was particularly impressed with the way they addressed my daughter, rather than me, making her feel calm and relaxed in a potentially daunting environment.

Thank you for taking the time to post this. It is lovely to hear that you and your daughter were pleased with your experience. I can appreciate how worrying it can be when your child has to come for tests and how this can raise allsorts of anxieties for you both.
