"Lack of information about location of clinic in hospital"

Have an appointment sent via post to attend orthotic clinic in the RGH but all it states is the clinic and time. There is no information as to what floor or entrance you need to take to get to the clinic. We then looked at the NHS map and floor plan of the hospital. No such clinic listed in the alphabetical list of departments. Not found on the map. As such will be resorting to have to push a wheelchair user all around the hospital till we find the place. No wonder appointments are missed! Surely stating which floor it is on or which entrance to use would be more helpful .. A little thought for the user would go miles and this is just ineffective use of material and nothing to do with staffing levels
