"Initial triage was quick as was x-ray"

About: Huddersfield Royal Infirmary

(as the patient),

What I liked

Initial triage was quick as was x-ray

What could be improved

Spent 3 hours waiting for x ray results for a potential broken toe: the whole experience could have been made much better by some simple customer care improvements:

1) There is no TV or magazines in the post triage waiting room.

2) General ambience very poor: dirty floor, uncomfortable seats, lack of information

3) With the exception of receptionist hospital staff dealt with were grumpy, verging on rude
