"Lovely Staff"

About: Scottish National Blood Transfusion Service

(as the patient),

Today I gave blood for the second time (after an inexcusable interval of 5 years! ) and I found all the staff to be very nice. In particular Maureen, the nurse who went through my Donor Questionnaire and tested my hemoglobin level, was very friendly and chatty. Despite running a busy service, the staff still made me feel welcome and treated me as an individual rather than just another in a long line of donors.

Thank you! We are delighted to welcome you back as a blood donor. Thank you so much for your kind words.

We are very pleased you had a positive donation experience and will pass your compliments onto our team.

You can give blood every twelve weeks, so we look forward to welcoming you back again.

The patients who receive your blood cannot thank you personally. So on their behalf, thank you and best wishes from all at SNBTS
