"was being discharged."

About: Huddersfield Royal Infirmary

(as the patient),

What I liked

was being discharged.

What could be improved

Customer care training.

Anything else?

Health care workers on my particular ward were rude and lacked people skills in other words they spoke over patients as if they were not there. Not only health care staff but qualified staff also were rude and not very helpful.

If you think it would be helpful to discuss your experience further we have a Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) which aims to help if people need advice or have any concerns about the service we offer. The office is open Mon to Fri from 9.30am to 3.30pm on 01484 342 128 or can be e-mailed on pals@cht.nhs.uk
