The seating area is backing the reception area older clients seated cannot hear or see who is calling.the first time I've seen that arrangement and it seems all wrong.
The treatment area was dirty and bins were overflowing and rubbish on the ground I did asked if they had cleaners !!
I have been in numerous hospitals and have never seen bins in those conditions and staff quite oblivious to the conditions.
