"Excellent Treatment"

About: Princess Alexandra Hospital (Harlow)

From the moment we brought my Father-in-law into A&E on Fri 14/8 he was treated with the care & dignity a man of 92 deserves.

The Doctor in A&E dealt with him brilliantly & deserves a special 'thank you'!

He spent time in EAU, Melvin & Kingsmoor wards.

All the staff he encountered gave him excellent treatment.

Given his age he could easily have been 'written off' but he was looked after well in trying to find out what could be wrong.

No stone was left unturned.

Treatment was put into place (transferring to Westgate Care Centre) which is giving my Father-in-law encouragement & hope for the future.

We also found the hospital to be clean & there were no complaints about the food either!

Keep up the good work PAH.

A&E, EAU, Kingsmoor and Melvin will be very pleased to hear that you felt everything was done to support him. Everyone who comes to the organisation deserves outstanding care, but in particular the most vulnerable who may be less able to care for themselves.

Thank you so much for making your comments (including about food and cleaning!)
