Im absolutely blown away by how wonderful the staff here treated me during my time on the ward, from the moment I arrived I felt safe and cared for. My procedure was explained fully and any queries answered, I was quite nervous about surgery, but made to feel comfortable and in good hands. All staff truly cared and it really showed. My experience here made me feel very grateful for the NHS.
