"Fantastic NHS Experience - Thank you x"

I was referred and seen as a priority case within two days! I couldn't believe how fast the department had responded. I was greeted by the most kind and caring nurses, who clearly passionate and love there vocation, they put me at ease and was so reassuring. I then met my Dr who was unbelievably through and their team had already made requests for all my paper work to help with my investigations. The doctor was so reassuring and patient with me and for that I'm truly thankful. When you've been ill for a long time undiagnosed for a Doctor to tell you that you are a priority case and will do everything they can and will have as many as possible tests undertaken the same day within 2hrs is nothing short of remarkable. I had a urine test, blood cultures, blood screen, X-ray and heart scan booked within such a short period of time. I can give nothing but 5* feedback for every aspect of my experience, thank you Wythenshawe Rheumatology you where fantastic! Fingers crossed my diagnosis will be shortly followed and I can start to feel better, but to be given hope and reassurance in troubling health condition has been most helpful, Thank you x
