I go to podiatry as i am diabetic. One of the complaints I have, is I see somebody different nearly every time I go.
I am asked the same questions every time I go. Asking me to try different creams etc etc.
I felt I was being talked too like a little kid, I could take it in one section. When I phone for my next appointment, I asked the person on the phone not to have this person treat me, the receptionist said I would get somebody that's available.
WHAT ABOUT PATIENTS CHOICE.
My doctors surgery has 5 doctors, I get appointments with the same doctor all the time. Why does this not happen in podiatry? ?
