(as the patient),

I’ve been going to the podiatry clinic for a while now. It usually takes about 5 minutes for my nails to be trimmed and filed. However, the time before last my feet were treated by James who took 10-12 minutes, it felt like a more thorough job. This time I asked for an appointment with James again, as I was going on holiday, gave my nails an extra file. Feels really, really good.
