We have called on 111 service a few times during June and July for my partner who was going through a rough patch. On each call the advice 111 gave was very good, it allayed our concerns and we had the assurance that we could use the A&E unit at Kingston hospital if symptoms worsened. The people who answered the 111 call were always patient and attentive.
