I thought the overall care from initial consultation with the surgeon was excellent. The pre-op team were friendly and efficient. The surgeon who conduced the cataract removal operation was friendly as well as highly competent aided by his theatre team answered questions when asked and explained everything very satisfactorily.

This operation was performed twice, once on each eye. The atmosphere between the team was very good in spite of a heavy workload for the day and I as a patient was treated like an ordinary human being and not like a number on a list.
