Booking was quick. Pleased with TRAQS service. Physio was helpful with giving lifestyle advice however did not check that I was completing my exercises correctly and only gave me two lots (previous physio at maddocks was much more thorough and checked I was building muscles correctly)
I didn’t feel the 2 (and quick 10 mins) was enough really but physio was friendly and helpful.
