"duplicate letters"

About: Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I have been very pleased with my recent NHS experience with my young daughter, She was dealt with sensitivity and the information/medication given helped her immensely.

The only problem I had with booking the appt was I received 1 letter dated in 2014 and another in2015 which looked the same except from the booking ref. This led to confusion and a further tel. call had to be made.

It is heartening to know that you were pleased with our service and that the medication and information given to your daughter helped you when you needed it. Thank you for your kind words which I will share with the team.

I am sorry to hear that booking the appointment was not as smooth as you would have liked it to be and that the 2 letters that you received caused confusion.
