"Good treatment but some signage would be useful"

About: Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust / Podiatry

(as the patient),

My appointment was at wellington health centre lower floor, victoria avenue, wellington TF1 1pz. Although I found the correct location easy enough theres no receptionist, signage or buzzer to get someone’s attention, just a seating area and corridor.

As id not been before and was unsure if I was in the right place, seemed odd that there was nowhere to book in or clear instruction of what to do, what clinics were there etc. when the door opened and I was taken through the treatment I received was excellent

Thank you for taking the time to post your comment about our Podiatry service.

It is heartening to know that you received excellent service from the podiatrist at Wellington Health Centre and was pleased with the treatment that you received. Thank you for your kind words which I will share with the relevant team.

I completely accept your point on signage and the lack of clear instruction on what to do as a patient when you enter the building. I will take the matter up with the Podiatry Manager to find out a reasonable solution to this and will post our comment back to you again.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention as it helps us to change little things which helps to improve overall patient experience.

Kind regards

Soma
