"Slow referral but good service at PRH"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

The appointment system was slow from February when I had a letter from TRAQS team. It was early June before my appointment date at the hospital. Having said that, my appointment at the hospital was excellent (PRH), very prompt service, especially nice, understand an helpful lady who understood my needs and explained things in detail to me. I was very impressed with Mrs Dewsbury, brilliant service.

I have another appointment to see her next month for fitting of my raised show. Happy days!
