"Clean comfortable and not claustrophobic"

About: Nuffield Health Shrewsbury Hospital

(as the patient),

Everyone introduced themselves and explained who they were and what roll they would play in my treatment and recovery. In hospitals that I have attended in the pasts, very rarely did this. Also nursing staff, kitchen staff, physio and surgeon, doctors were willing to answer any questions and worries that I had. Nothing was too much trouble.

I would not worry about having to go into hospital for an operation again if I was in this hospital. Clean, comfortable and best for me was that there was a window in the ward and therefore not claustrophobic. When pressing the call button patients were attended almost immediately even at night and treated with the utmost curiousness and dignity. I have found no fault at all and am grateful to be given the option of being treated at this hospital. Thumbs up
