"Still no word two months after x-ray! (MSK Foot)"

About: University Hospital Lewisham

I had an x-ray of my feet but I haven't heard a word from the doctor or the hospital after that. I've called several times but never managed to get through. I've waited on the line for 45 mins or more. There's no email to contact them and my GP who referred me to this specialist hasn't heard anything either. While this is happening, my feet are hurting more and more and I struggle to walk properly. I'm only 33 years old. I should be able to walk. This is ridiculous!

Thank you for your comments, we are very sorry that you are waiting to hear about your X-ray and have not been able to speak with a member of the team directly. If you are able to contact our Patient Advice and Liasion Service on 0208 333 3355 or email pals.lewisham@nhs.net with your details, we will be able to resolve this for you and look into why this has happened.
