"Appalling"

I was treated by a CBT therapist who is very obviously new to their position. Getting in touch with this particular therapist was incredibly difficult and when I eventually did, fruitless. During our sessions they stared at me, implied that I was lying and plainly didn't listen to anything I said. The behaviour of this particular therapist is amongst the worst I've seen. To top it all off, the reception staff always seem confused about who works where and rarely recognise the names of any staff members, something truly awful for someone who suffers paranoid delusions.
