"Urology"

About: Royal Bournemouth General Hospital

I was admitted as day case for minor surgery and was very nervous, the theatre staff could not have been better, as a older person I was concerned but I was treated with the upmost respect and dignity and the whole procedure was good, I now have no fears should I ever have to come in again, thank you to all the staff at the Sandown Suite, you were just wonderful.

Dear Anonymous We value all the feedback we receive especially when it is uplifting for our staff and helpful to other patients who may be anxious about procedures they are due to have.

Just to know that another nervous patient such as yourself has been through the same thing and was treated with dignity and respect and made to feel at ease about the procedure can be such a relief. I am pleased that the staff were able provide you with the comfort and support you needed at the time you needed it most and I will be sure to share your comments with the Urology team and the staff on the Sandbourne Suite as I know they will appreciate them and I thank you for sharing. Regards Sue Mellor Head of Patient Engagement
