"Linet ward"

My Dad frequented GWH as an in patient as a poorly diabetic.
He always went onto Linet ward which was filthy. I have reported this many times and on our last visit my daughter photographed evidence as yet again we we were so concerned.
He ended up picking up more infections than he entered with. Neuro virus and pneumonia which ended up taking his life.
I am appauled with his treatment. Being a very quiet frail man, put in a side ward, he was simple left and forgotten!
My complaints ended with " appology" but nothing ever improved.
We can not complain any more as he is longer here!
